Business Development Executive
Full-timeBring new residential and commercial projects into the studio and walk clients from first call to signed scope.
Role details
You will handle enquiries, studio visits, and proposals alongside the design team.
What you will do
• Respond to leads and qualify project fit
• Host studio walkthroughs and site visits
• Prepare quotations with the design lead
What we look for
• 1–3 years in interiors, real estate, or premium home sales
• Clear spoken English and Kannada or Hindi
• Organised follow-up, no hard-sell tone
Interior Designer
Full-timeDesign residential and commercial interiors with the ADDON studio — from concept and mood boards to site-ready drawings.
Role details
You will work with clients and the execution team on layouts, material boards, and detailing for apartments, villas, and offices.
What you will do
• Develop concepts, 2D drawings, and material selections
• Coordinate with site supervisors during execution
• Present options clearly to homeowners and commercial clients
What we look for
• 2–5 years in interior design, preferably residential or turnkey
• Strong AutoCAD / SketchUp (3ds Max is a plus)
• Comfortable on site in Bangalore
Site Supervisor
Full-timeOwn day-to-day quality on live interior and construction sites — snag-free handover is the goal.
Role details
You will run one or more ADDON sites: carpentry, civil, electrical, plumbing, and finishing.
What you will do
• Plan daily work and coordinate vendors
• Check drawings vs execution and raise issues early
• Keep the client update loop tight with the project manager
What we look for
• 3–6 years supervising interiors or fit-out
• Read drawings confidently
• Own quality, safety, and timelines
